APLIKASI SISTEM PENGUKURAN PRODUKTIVITAS KAITANNYA DENGAN PENGUPAHAN

Abstract

In every profit or nonprofit oriented organization, human resources are the key factor in achieving the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. In this paper, we design the technique for measuring the individual productivity in the working area. This measurement is based on the job description, key result area and Key Performance Indicators. The aims of this method are (1) to capture the indicators that affect the performance of the workers, (2) to design the performance improvement based on the individual achievement, (3) to identify the percentage of the workers who are satisfying the standard performance of the organization and (4) to design the individual performance reward , based on her/his productivity achievement. Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia : Setiap organisasi, baik yang profit oriented maupun tidak, manusia sebagai faktor modal merupakan sumber daya yang sangat berperan dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi yang efisien dan efektif. Tujuan dari pengukuran produktivitas pada makalah ini adalah untuk mendesain teknik pengukuran produktivitas individu ditempat kerja dikaitkan dengan job description, key result area, dan Key Performance Indicators. Metode ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui indikator-indikator yang menyebabkan naik dan turunnya prestasi kerja individu, untuk merencanakan perbaikan pestasi individu berdasarkan prestasi kerjanya, untuk mengetahui persentase (%) karyawan yang memenuhi standar prestasi perusahaan serta merencanakan perhitungan bonus prestasi kerja individu berdasarkan pencapaian produktivitasnya. Kata kunci: pengukuran produktivitas, pengupahan, prestasi kerja individu.
